THE M.-L.
VON FRANZ INSTITUTE (MLI)
The MLI operates as a nonprofit foundation that aims to
support and further scientific projects and research into the
foundations underlying the field of manifestations which Jung
termed "synchronicity". Furthermore, the foundation’s foremost
aim is to promote clinical and educational projects in the field
of psychosomatics encompassing theoretical and applied aspects.
As a project of the MLI, Spielzeit represents a service
organization that is directed towards the limited purpose of
non-profit. Just like all of our departments,
Spielzeit-Research.Org follows a
financial and organizational
idealism; our young patients deserve and depend on it. Our
objective is the study of new ways in psychotherapeutic
treatment that improve the life quality of young people with
disabilities, illnesses or psychosocial challenges.
Both the Swiss federal and cantonal governments have
officially recognized the foundation’s and Spielzeit’s important
societal contributions as
support-worthy. Each one of our team
members is personally committed to guaranteeing the continued
high quality of these services. While we are politically and
religiously unaffiliated, Spielzeit’s tenets deeply embody
humanistic principles. We respect the
value and dignity of each
individual and promote a tolerant humanistic society.
This attitude also defines our team characteristics. The
Spielzeit team members abide by the principles of Total Quality
Management (TQM). TQM ensures that the same efficiency and
quality measures are equally applied to therapy and all other
service sectors. This quality approach especially benefits our
donation system and the organization of our
training projects
and research projects.
